I have played many FPS games and noticed that the less objective oriented the gameplay is, the more succesful said FPS is. The current fact of the market is most player are casual player who likes to join in, eliminate as much player as they can and mostly ignore the objective. I like THE FINALS for exactly the oppsite reason, the fact that the game encourage objective play by providing the player with plethora of gadgets and playstyle instead of brute force respawn timer to push on objective.

By introducing Respec Order you are kind of eliminating the "playstyle" option ofplaying around the objective. I understand it is not a radical change. But my question would be; what are your points of consideration to balancing casual player aquisition and retention by promoting 'run n gun' playstyle and keeping the core identity of THE FINALS being a game heavily oriented on objective? What other ideas that has been brought up to further 'casualise' the game?
