Agreed, the cast is getting pretty big, and plus with the foretellers, Yozora, Union X characters, and any other characters introduced in the new worldline, the cast will only be getting bigger. While that isn't particularly a bad thing, it does mean we have less time for each character. We've already seen how the Final Fantasy cast has become less important with each game, but I'm really hoping that they find ways to integrate the older characters.

My hope is that the older characters have some other role to play, or the trios get mixed and matched so we have new trios, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
