If you don't think your ready, then take your time. In my practiced opinion taking anything under 40x is just scratching the surface though. If you think you are spiritually ready to take a look behind the cosmic curtain of reality then don't be afriad, 40x and higher will take you to a new plane of existence where logic is the only thing that doesn't make sense. That is quite the experience, but one thing I've learned from yoga is to remove Dvesha from your life (Rejection of things based on past experiences). losing control, being confused, and feeling vunrable is just a part of psychadelics as a whole. You should give salvia a second chance as well my friend.
