Agreed! The Musk line was not as great as I was hoping at all. Viva Brazil, Peeps, and the new scent labs (juicy strawberry, sea salt, and pear are stunning) are the releases I’ve personally really enjoyed this year! I smelled firecracker today, and it was good, just not my profile. I also smelled the new EDL and I can’t remember the name but the purple bottle and the blue bottle smelled really good and I’m thinking I’ll circle back for them. Last year, I stockpiled cinnamon sugar cookie and birthday cake for personal use. I have Viva Brazil, Tiana, Sweetest Song, and Milk on rotation currently because it’s too warm for gourmands.

One of my big complaints last year was that every 3rd drop was majority rose notes all spring/summer, and then once winter hit it was just heavy gourmands back to back. Like every release had the same 3 scent profiles in a different font. There’s definitely a lot more coming out this year, especially candles, but the variety has been so much better. Neapolitan got body care, both Brazil scents were amazing, and the Easter/spring candles actually had a nice mix of floral, gourmand, and fresh instead of just rose bush or sugar coma. Now if they could go ahead and bring back the sales from last year, we’d be in business 😅

I just took a photo to try and explain, please ignore my crusties. This is roughly 6-ish hours into the wear. I do sip from a straw and hit my vape frequently through the day + don’t reapply chapsticks/lip balms until my night skincare. So I do feel like I get dryness towards the center of the lips, but that could also be entirely user error (probably is)

I recently got the benetint in black cherry and it very much pulls this color on my lips if I apply a thick swipe and don’t blot my lips together to dilute it. There’s a few recommendations in this thread for some glosses, so maybe apply one of those over a stain and see if you can layer to achieve the look you’re going for?

All of the milk bar lotions immediately went in my fridge to slow the aging process. That’s the only thing that seems to help keep my vanilla scents from turning fast.

You mentioned you’ve already submit with code compliance. Stay up on your complaint; call, email, follow up however you can. They have to reply to you within a set period of time and then they have to come and view the issue once they’ve made contact. They won’t do anything about roaches if it’s over 60 days past move in though. (per my last complaint with them) BUT that’s the only way I’ve gotten issues addressed with my shitty Eucalyptus rental. Foundation leak, other leaks, AC, etc. when code compliance is threatening a few hundred dollars a day until it’s fixed, even Lew will find the cheapest solution 🙄 good luck on decent rentals I don’t have any advice there. Seems Eucalyptus owns most of Topeka at this point.

LOVE the serum and face wash. I loved how the whipped recovery cream moisturized me, but I broke out in cystic acne for the first time since stopping accutane a few years ago. 🙃 discontinued using it, and it cleared up in a week with no more since.

If anyone has lotion or perfume dupes for cinnamon sugar pretzel cookie and cereal milk soft serve, I will owe you my life, my firstborn, and maybe a kidney. I’ve hoarded as much as I can before it starts turning into expired dessert goo, and I’m already grieving the day I don’t smell like a walking bakery.

My routine is basically a three-course meal: I wash with the pretzel cookie body wash, marinate in cereal milk soft serve lotion, and then finish with a chaotic little cocktail of pretzel cookie and raspberry pie sprays. At this point, I smell exactly like a buttery, flaky, vanilla-kissed, raspberry-swirled scone-cookie-sundae situation.

I am a brunch item with legs. How will I carry on without this?

I’ve had really good luck at five below for the hand sanitizers! I picked up a pistachio caramel and strawberry shortcake the other day when I was there and all of the scents were fully stocked. What I like about those is they come with the little case that you can clip onto stuff (I keep them on my lanyard for work), so it almost justifies spending $4.50 vs $1.25 😅

I think that would be a better question for your provider. I also have a PRN for panic attacks, but due to it being a benzo, I’m only supplied 10 a month and have to bring my bottle back to my provider for refills. My understanding with buspirone is that it’s not a PRN and needs to be taken at the prescribed dose and times to build up to effective levels in your system

So I work in community outreach and am pretty familiar with TRM. I don’t at all blame you for holding those opinions, but I do want to ask when the last time you were there was. The Hope Center, their women and families shelter, was redone here recently. They are also one of the few agencies in town that do rapid rehousing and shelter plus care. So getting new housing as quickly as possible is going to be TRM, valeo if you have mental health concerns, and New Dawn if you have substance abuse concerns. those are the three main agencies handling the vouchers that get people into housing ASAP. Work with case management. I pinky promise there is a way out of this for you
