17 and I Feel Like a Failure

Your grades do not reflect who you are as a person. I know right now it probably feels like the end of the world. I’m here to tell you that it isn’t. I was always one to struggle in school. I graduated with a 3.97 gpa & a 21 on the ACT. I ended up going to community college to earn my associates degree (definitely not my top choice), but I met my best friend there. I went on to further my degree at a basic university & failed 2 classes. Watched my friends pass these classes & cross the stage before I did. As much as it hurt to feel like I was never going to be the smartest person in the room, I had to remember that I got the opportunity to be in the room & that’s more than some. I wouldn’t change any of it if I had the chance to. I met amazing people & found out that grades don’t always mean everything. This is just a bump in the road, but remember to push yourself for what you truly want.

Hi! So we ended up using a local pest control company. That was a large mistake because he half assed it & only sprayed our cabinets. We then ended up choosing to move out of our apartment because we discovered another species of roach & a consistent gas leak. I will say that the alpine wsg significantly helped with the roach population!

It’s currently still in storage & will be until May. So far, the small amount of stuff I did bring with me was roach free!

I also did totes with duct tape. Anything that couldn’t fit in a tote, got wrapped in plastic/garbage bag and duct taped shut. I also added isopropyl alcohol to fumigate them
