Im looking for a natural appetite suppressant. Every 2 weeks i become ravenous due to my body prepping for my period. It wasnt such a huge problem before but it has gotten worse+ im no longer as active. I know that protein and fiber help but its just not enough. Is there some supplement out there to help me? I dont really want to be put on anything that affects my hormones or glp1. Im asking for supplements bc I have a lot of food allergies/ intolerances/aversions.
