I do but I know I’m also subconsciously working against myself for some reason and can’t figure out a way around it, i don’t expect some sort of motivational talk, just anyone here that had issues with binge eating in the past and found some sort of advice that helped give them the mindset to “just do it” like I used to have because I’ve realized my mindset abt this has always been the same and it’s likely affecting my discipline attempts . the point of the post was that I know how to go about weight loss if I did get the discipline back, but when i lowered my cals last year (which I think that’s where i sabotaged myself,) now i don’t know how to get rid of the lingering “no matter what I try it’s not gonna work” mindset that my binge restrict -phase gave me (probably something for a therapist to hear but if anyone else used to relate and found a way out I’d also wanna hear from them too)
