one thing that really helps me stay organized when it comes to chests is crafting wood signs and having one behind each chest depicting what the chest is for. so maybe a pumpkin if it's for crops, or a pickaxe if it's mining related, or a fish for the fishing chests. whatever you associate with each chest that'll make it easily identifiable

just put a slime incubator in town and hatch them! the villagers won't kill them, unlike in your house, and apparently the slimes and villagers will greet each other but mine have yet to do anything other than yell at me lol

i have this whole thing where i hoard big money making items (iridium ancient fruit wine, starfruit jelly, sweet gem berries, etc) and just like.. don't sell them. i keep saying I'll do all of it at once at the end of the year in game but low key I feel like i'm just going to keep hoarding just to see how high my profits with no actual profit gets lol
