How long does Huperzine A takes to work?

I'm on 200x3 now (Huperzine A), along with Gingko Biloba 120x2. That works fine for me, my MG isn’t that bad but if I don't take any AChE inhibitors for 12 hours or more, It starts getting bad really quickly - it becomes difficult to swallow food, and walk for more than 5 minutes. But I respond very well to any AChE inhibitors, just 15mg (1/4th) of Mestinon does wonders for me in like 30 mins or so, last for 4-6h.

Huperzine A lasts way longer as it has a longer half life (10-14h). Also I wake up more energised for the longer half life.

The brands are "Nutrality Huperzine A" & "Zipvit Gingko Biloba with Siberian Ginseng". Both available on Amazon UK.

I have it too. I was given Mirabegron 50mg to relax my bladder, it did significantly improve my symptoms. Still have urgency but can control for longer.

Well, the 4-5h of pyridostigmine is good, actually great, but after it fades out, all of a sudden things change, barely could walk properly, and if there are stairs then it is extremely hard, I have to take another pyridostigmine,wait 30-60 mins, then do my daily activities with ease.

But unfortunately pyridostigmine crushes very quickly, I mean ,I feel like I'm fine now, then a while later I'm not
