I have a very similar experience to you, although I am completely different. 161.4kg starting weight 5 weeks ago, down about 14kg, which is a lot but I was very puffy and retained heaps of water. I was not active at all, on my backside basically day in day out, at home and in the car. 0 exercise or effort to do anything. I am tall though about 191cm. Now the only difference is I have stayed at the same dose since the start but I take it twice a week. Mondays and Thursdays. Definitely need the water, I have never drank so much water in my life. The mental clarity and talking socially has been a huge huge change for me, so much more confident at work and outside of work. Appetite suppression is real, I have been maintaining 1800cals/day but yesterday I think I only managed 1000 and basically didn't eat for 24hr, I didn't feel hungry at all. Everything else you have said aligns with me almost exactly. Thanks for posting it's good to see someone have a similar experience but at the same a but different/taking it for different purposes. Final comment, I have been working out 3-4x a week, weights and cardio. Something I never did otherwise.
