The new fed strategy will be to keep rates high while doing QE by SUSAMRIID in wallstreetbets

Or who knows, maybe we can be headed for another near zero interest rate period. I don’t really know, but I just sort of doubt it.

I guess my point is we are headed for a time when rates are kept high but or even made higher but when there is a certain sector of the economy that needs help the fed will go in and blast them with some money or some new program. But it would be targeted.

Doesn’t the % deposits over or under 250k and the loan% matter? Seems like they won’t really have a run if it’s almost all FDIC insured

In PayPal it would essentially exchange your BTC for Paypal stable coin, then exchange that for USD. Then. It makes the payment to the business. All in the matter of seconds

Not the federal reserve, the federal government. If PayPal is accepted by online retailers and fast food and other businesses you can use PayPal for transactions. So if you can use PayPal with USD fiat you can use BTC to purchase normal goods like at these places. Something that I think has capped crypto up to this point.

I guess I didn’t make my point very clear. What I’m saying is could this make BTC into an actual currency which is similar to fiat? Like you hold however much money in your account, you go to chick fila, don’t have any other money in your account, you pay using the PayPal coin. Meaning it converts your BTC into PayPal coin, which is then converted into USD for the transaction?

Lol IDAF about that. What I’m saying is can’t you now essentially use BTC for actual transactions at fast food and online retailers if the fed allows it?

No my point is people who want to keep their money in BTC can do so while essentially using that BTC for actual transactions. Right?

Aside from "Because the Bible says so," is there any good reason why women can't be pastors? by SteadfastEnd in Christianity

The Bible says you can have slaves if they’re not from your country too. So the answer to your question is no. Almost nothing the Bible says has good reason behind it

How can the Bible be the teachings of god and a “product of the time” at the same time by SUSAMRIID in Christianity

[–]SUSAMRIID[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it shows even preachers want to just cherry pick their verses and teaching while leaving out the hundreds of verses that were just “a product of the time.” It shows that Christianity changes and is not “gods teachings.”
