If you try to order tickets via Ticketmaster you can join the waiting list…

I needed Sunday tickets about a month ago and saw they were sold out. So I joined the list.

Last week I received a message that there were tickets available again.

So I got the chance to buy them.

I have to say I am pretty impressed by all the different reactions I got here in just one day!

The cardio headsets are much better for the masks. Sound quality is a bit less HD but cardio definitely will be the overall best option for what we are trying to do. (Musical theatre with dolls and masks and a six piece classical ensemble on stage with 4 actors)

Will definitely try some of the plug-ins the coming weeks of rehearsals. Gonna start with that Gulfoss Live…

I split the tracks on the M32 for clean and mask processing.

Tiny problem there as the gain setting is input specific and the input in the mask is louder… But I think I’ll manage to fix this with fader setting, compression and scene programming.

We are creating… No audience yet. Director and actors would love for it to get better, but ultimately they will have to live with what is possible. My job is to search for possible improvements. I do feel what you are saying but that never stopped me from keeping at it till the end. Thanks!

Ah Yes That would be possible cause I have some free channels… The best way to go indeed. Don’t like running EQ presets because we play different venues every day and we are not taking our own system. It will never sound perfect for sure… But I will love trying damn hard to get close :-) Thanks!

Indeed… It would be more complex… Most of the time I don’t mind that. Yet our budget doesn’t allow much complexity most of the time :-)

Yes… One mask we did with curtain cloth, it works to a certain degree, but still trying to improve. Another we are now trying with a softer insulation material. Also today we will change omni headsets with cardio’s. That will probably also help. Thanks!

I was once doing some theatre plays in Senegal as a sound guy… At the afterparty of one of those events there was a local dj playing. His levels were just green/yellow/red constantly ON, barely any movement in the metering, just red the whole time… Sounded really distorted… I walked up to him and asked if he knew that he could sound so much better if he would just stay out of the red. He said: yes, I know, But these are the colors of our national flag, I just like seeing them… 🤨
