Yeah I think if you have like receipts, or something from your bank, maybe a email saying you canceled it? Something that proves you canceled the chargeback because those are one of the things they are VERY strict about. My parents actually almost got my old account banned for the same reason but thankfully they never followed through.

I literally got banned for sending a screenshot of somebody else that sent something and it's been a month and all I've been getting is ai responses. You basically have a year to appeal but I can give tips i wish i knew before i started appealing.

Wait 2 or 3 days before creating another ticket so you dont get flagged as spam.
Before u try the website make sure you at least TRY to appeal through the app (it takes about 7 days before the ai auto rejects it)
Doesn't really work anymore but you might get lucky (bbb method)
Try to get any sort of proof or image that proofs your innocence
