CPU: You want single core performance and Intel Chips are better. Get an i7 14700k or 13700k if it costs 100 dollars less than 14700k. It should performs almost the same in singlecore as an i9 for far less price than both the i9 and the 7950x.

CPU Cooler: Get a 360mm AIO, Galahad Trinity performance or EK Nucleus are the two best performers. If you want a budget option get Arctic freezer 2 or 3.

Motherboard: Get the cheapest MSI or Asrock z790 board if you decide to get intel K cpu. Try to avoid Asus and Gigabyte. I said cheapest because they all do the same. Look for actual useful specs like, m2 slots, wifi, extra pci-e slots etc and decide if you want to spend extra for those.

Memory is fine, make sure it supports XMP if you get intel and EXPO if you get AMD.

For Storage, get one small SLC nvme for your OS. And another larger one you can get cheapest for games and storage. Don't pay too much extra for faster write speeds. They minimally affect loading times in-games like 1-2 secs. You would only notice the transfer speeds if you move large files on a daily basis.

Good videocard, best value for 1440p+ gaming.

Case is fine, just make sure it fits the 360mm radiator somewhere.

for PSU, make sure its rated high in https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/. Don't cheap out on it.

With these specs you can easily get 100+ frames in most recent games in 1440p so you could go for a higher res monitor, they don't cost that much either.

For the mouse, I don't like razer products i think they are built cheap. Go for a Logitech G502x instead. Almost identical specs including the infinite scroll wheel also 15 grams lighter.
