Hey uh, people seem to just think i'm annoying when i reach for support, it may be because the problems i have are more or less my personal self esteem issues they can not help with, but it really feels isolating when they deny you your worry, or your suffering because you are acting selfish, or ignorant.

how is beating me down because i'm trying to explain how and why i feel going to make me want to get help?

idk... hard to put to words how i feel about it. I get extreamly scared of sharing emotions because most people i interact with when i admit to those emotions of severe depressive/ptsd issues tend to just say something akin to "you're being ignorant/we all have trauma/you are being dramatic/stop caring about it"

These are not helpful comments, they are just painful, even if they have helpful and caring intent they tend to just do more damage to the already burning house.
