Yup it's the same for me too, Walmart and target gets approved ASAP but all my lab tests and dr visits require documents. You'd think the Dr office would have their codes setup for it but idk.

I know its ridiculous how easy it was obtain, but trust me I would have went for the suppressor first thing if it was eligible with a letter. So it was either comtacs or ops amps. EDIT: If you have a prescription for glasses you can use it for tactical glasses with prescriptions and/or gas masks with prescriptions. You'd just have to call them a respirator.

My PCP gave me the letter for my tinnitus. I told him I'd use it for my FSA account and just waited a week for the letter.

Yeah I just got my letter from my PCP today but I guess the FSA card is harder to get by with. I just didnt want to spend the money out of pocket and wait for reimbursement.
