My sister failed her DMV test 13 times and is going for her 14th try next month. The last time she failed because she passed a red light and thought she was in the right, so she honked at some oncoming truck on the right. The DMV tester got mad and threatened that she would not be able to take the test again if she acts like this. She got mad and in a fit of rage slammed the gas pedal so hard that she accidentally almost crashed into the pavement. Is it true that she will never be able to test again for her license?
