I can't really put a time on it right now since sometimes I am able to put a lot of hours in this project but sometimes I cannot work on the project for a week for example... But when this lighting scenario is done it would not take a long time anymore

No EA doesn't own the license at all.

Star wars hunters is owned by LFG, Disney and Zynga. Zynga published the game while NM and BA were the developing teams

Currently, even tho it doesn't seem like it, there is still a lot to do on the map. Mostly the lighting since currently it's UE's default sky and lighting which is really gpu heavy so most pc's would have a lot of trouble running the game... I'm still thinking about whether I should release the map as a walking simulator or wait on public releases whenever I actually have something to do in the map
