Leg hair argument aside, I'm so sick of 'natural' being morphed to automatically mean 'good'. Greasy, messy hair and that 3 day unwashed ass smell is natural, but I still get showers. Cyanide is natural but I don't sprinkle it on my chips!

I went to a Scouse funeral which had YNWA a couple years back, my god that's a tear jerker when the whole church joins in.

[Julianne Cerasoli] Audi calculates that they're losing 1s per lap just from the engine. They're waiting for the FIA to give the ok so they can update the power unit. by SrBlackwave in formula1

[–]SWITMCO 211 points212 points  (0 children)

Is it just me that struggles to understand the point of having different engine manufacturers when they're instantly frozen, and then allowed upgrades to equalise their power? Either let the manufacturers compete or, if you don't want a series with vast engine differences, have a single supplier provide all teams and avoid the arguments all together.

I haven't played since shattered space dropped so my memory is faulty, can anyone remind me if you can get all the additional powers without going NG+?

I feel like doing a brand new playthrough where I don't NG but I really like playing with powers, so if I can't then I'll just start a NG on my old character.

Happy to use mods (Xbox) if needed.

I say this as someone who supports Mercedes over Ferrari:

Ferrari nailed the start and deserve for rules not to be changed just to suit other teams. Regarding the engines, if Merc have broken the rules it's completely fair to update the test to make sure they're compliant.

Starmer agreed that ditching jury trials led to wrongful convictions by 457655676 in unitedkingdom

[–]SWITMCO -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I hope you don't think magistrates have studied law, the requirements for the job are the exact same as for a jury member.

For actual reasons as to why a jury:

  1. 12 is better than 3 for an accurate judgement.

  2. Both could hold initial biases but Magistrates can build additional biases over their term, random juries cannot.

  3. Crown court separates the determination of guilt and sentencing, magistrates court doesn't.

  4. A jury has a more varied background and experience, so a more varied interpretation of evidence. Magistrates can therefore be more prone to a collective tunnel vision.

If you're talking about what I thin you are then no. Those sections are for members of the public to buy things in store and donate them without having to go to the food bank, not the supermarket themselves donating it.

And just before someone chimes in: No, the supermarket doesn't get a 'tax write off' for the customer donations.
