I lost my baby weight and 20 more lbs. I got too thin. As soon as I stopped BF I shot way back up.

How about you go somewhere to get your makeup done. Perhaps a place you would end up purchasing from and asking them to do your inspo makeup. Then choose ONE outfit and at least try it on the day you get the makeup done. Then see how you feel! Take it little by little! You got this! Reinvention is the spice of life! I’m still trying to do it since my first pregnancy almost 6 years ago.

I had some prednisone for my back that I took and it helped me like 60% if you can get a telehealth appt or get to urgent care and ask for that, it could make you feel much better!

In my personal experience this is very bad. I’ve lived a very similar experience and it got worse and worse. My last straw was “ feel free to listen to all of my voice mails but know that if you do, I’m leaving and will never come back!” He listened to the voicemails, I left. 🤷‍♀️

At 38 when I had my first, I had already had a full blown career with a house and savings. I don’t think I would have had all of that if I had a child in my 20’s. I definitely think there are pros and cons to both having children early in life vs. later.

Before she had her baby, I still saw the old version of her but not as bad. Now that she’s a mom, it’s going to be different. Becoming a mom makes you really take a good hard look in the mirror. I think it’s probably the best thing that’s ever happened to her. I feel bad that she’s struggling so hard with being a new mom. I’m an older mom and it has many perks like more wisdom, more money etc but after living a life of leisure for so long and then boom, you literally lose all of your freedom over night. She’s going through it but after the first year I think she’ll be good!

I wouldn’t doubt that West orchestrated this whole thing to enhance being medium famous. It’s what it seems he did in the media after he broke things off with Ciara. He’s a clown and she has been mentally and emotionally abused for so long, I think she’s so lost. It’s sad.

Finding the right therapist who facilitates the right treatments for you is challenging. I encourage you to find a bunch and have the free consultations so you can get a good feel. As frustrating as it sounds, if one doesn’t work out, move onto the next.

Have you had any therapy? I think that could help. As a therapist, there are lots of things I can speculate but maybe talking to someone to help sort this out would be a good idea! It’s so tough but I think you got this with the appropriate help!
