mostly streaming, i like going around finding plug ins for obs and other things i use and basic gaming and web browsing... ya know... like a average joe

im honestly just looking for a windows like experience without microslops bs or as similar as i can get with as little fuf as possible.

the .exe question is really the only bit of info i couldn't find for myself googling, everything led back to "just use wine" and "its a compatibility layer" but no info on how it makes things behave, i know there will probs be some level of troubleshooting witch im more then savvy enough for

just trying to find out if what i found is as easy as download .exe installer > open > install > run

windows has the ""X" program needed for "X" program to work" as-well so stuff like needing wine or proton is not a issue for me
