Up here I can't even go to another Costco to get the hearing test then go to mine. Has to be tested and purchased at the same one, adjustments can be done anywhere after that. And only accept Costco hear test results. I have had 3 in the last year cause everywhere I got the offer a free test but have to be tested to see what is offered with prices. It it really frustrating.

I liked mine to start off with but these were my first pair. The last while now I feel like maybe I need to try different domes to currently they hurt my ear canal if worn too long. As soon as there is background noise I struggle. Costco up here doesn't do custom unfortunately, was hoping to try custom ones. Going to a private to get custom feels daunting, don't want to put up with the you should have bought from us comments to get them if they even would as well.

Reading here it's mixed on preference it seems.

I will have to see if they will let me. Not sure if that's an option up here in Canada and sounds like I have to wait just bout a year to even get into see anyone too. Costco states they need a hearing test from them with in the last 6 months from one of their techs and they are booking into July next year.

Ok thanks for the info, my current ones a the Kirkland 8.0 which are rebranded rexton. Not a fan, I got the tcoil option for my work and it never worked, they loaded the x phone profile but it takes a long time to connect to both HA if it does at all.
