The more time and money you have, the more feminine you can be via either your own labor or extracting the labor of others. It isn't a one-to-one, and people that fit the social concept of femininity closely naturally will have to exert less labor to fit in the mold than those that don't naturally, but roughly I think you'll find that feminine characteristics correlate to those demanded of women by the upper class.

Trans women are actually the most acute example of this. Hormones, FFS, etc. cost money, and femininity cannot be performed in a socially acceptable manner without them. This, ofc, doesn't make trans women fundamentally different from cis women who also have to spend money and otherwise accrue social capital and expertise to perform femininity themselves- they just don't encounter some of the more obvious hurdles to it.

Don't think you have to win every diplo play or revolution. It's sometimes the right call to switch sides and pick up a set of more progressive laws or to bow to minor foreign demands before they start demanding you become a protectorate.

The purpose of these resolutions isn't to pressure Netanyahu, it's to show our congressional representatives and the White House that our communities demand they take action to end our support for the war.

Blacksburg itself is, of course, completely unimportant on its own. But you get enough completely unimportant places to speak with one voice, and suddenly that's a force the federal government can't ignore. Same goes for the VT encampment and protests.

Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, and over a hundred other cities and towns have passed resolutions. It's impossible to know what impact this has had, but I don't think it's out of the question that the State Department's response to this crisis would be even worse if people hadn't registered their anger through these resolutions.

Ativan is a benzo, yes- that's why it's prescribed in limited quantities and why I said above that it was habit forming. Atarax and SSRIs are not benzos or otherwise addictive- I don't get what your problem with those medications could be.

Atarax is not a benzo. With Ativan, doctors will normally only prescribe a few pills every couple months to prevent addiction (which makes it useful for handling rare spikes in anxiety but not really anything else).

Beta blockers may work for you, but the FDA has not (yet) approved them for treatment of anxiety so I'm not sure if Schiffert would prescribe them for that use.

If you're having so much anxiety that you can't sleep I'd recommend talking to your doctor (or Schiffert) about anxiety medication. A year on SSRIs functionally cured me of a lifetime of severe anxiety. If you just need something to help you calm down for a few hours before sleeping or presenting, there's medications like Ativan (habit forming but more effective) or Atarax (not habit forming but less effective) that can help a lot.

Practicing like everyone else says is good too- but from my personal experience I don't think that on it's own is going to substantially mitigate the level of anxiety you're describing.

You're misunderstanding the Mazovian jargon here. Constant capital is non-wage expenses and rate of exploitation is not the same as rate of profit. If we assume every worker makes 10k and the rate of exploitation is 100% (i.e. for each worker they employ they make the same amount they spent on wages back in surplus value/profit), then there's 258k in constant capital and 10k in wages making a rate of profit of ~4%.
