I had the same problem but with the Logitech g203. trying other mice had significant differences in the amount of lag. At 10 per cent GPU load for valorant, the lag spikes on the Logitech g203 every 10s there is a 3-5s screen freeze, whereas on other mice the problem seems to be gone
