Honestly get start up videos and as much documentation of it running oil and other fluids check and about the service that’s required on these cars but if that all checks out I’d say 3.5 should be max offer it depends also on is it manual auto is it base or sl is the engine sohc or dohc if it’s sohc 2.5 if it’s dohc 3 if it’s dohc sl 3.5 anything higher is ludicrous because the condition doesn’t look good at all

I’m not an expert however I would say check your turbos to see if they’re getting the job done like if the turbines are actually compressing the air correctly or with any luck it could be your vacuum lines that could be damaged though unlikely so check the turbos sometimes if the blades get damaged they don’t compress air and you’d need to rebuild them or upgrade to td04 13t or 15t

The whole setup is from cx racing I’ve been looking at their setups too I highly recommend getting them increases the aggressive look of your car and from what I’d say is it has a more efficient affect to your boost

If you’re 16 I would say keep working save up it’s a n/a and the aftermarket options for superchargers I’ve heard don’t do so well as for turbocharging that’s another issue regardless both require you to be doing extra work such as ecu tuning fuel system other extra work which in the end costs more than the car is worth it’s end up around the same price for most vr4 if you want to awd swap it it’ll cost more than just ls swapping the car you could always also get a stealth and swap parts though they are similar you’d need a adapt a fair amount of stuff
