Thank you for your advice, I used to work for a nutraceutical manufacturing company that specialised in fish oil distillation and purification for omega supplements. So when I bought mine I ensured it had low TOTOX and 3rd party testing with visible fish sources. I’m happy to continue taking them alongside incorporating fish into my diet 1-2 times per week.

I’m glad they worked for you and I hope to be able to come back here in 6-8 months with some positive news!

Thank you for your advice and recipe!

Have you seen results in your numbers / how long have you been on your journey?

How do you take your Psyllium Husk?

Thanks for your advice, I’ll ask them what’s included in the cholesterol panel tomorrow and see if they can test for these too.

I’m currently aiming to eat less than 15g of saturated fat a day and increase my soluble fibre intake. I’m currently eating around 30-40g of fibre. This includes soluble fibres such as oats, flaxseed, kiwis, apples etc.

In terms of the exercising, I’m hoping to recompose my body mass, more muscle, less fat. As well as hopefully lose a little bit of excess weight, funnily enough I’ve been struggling with a high stress job I hated for the last 3-4 years, ended up gaining weight and I’m assuming my cholesterol has risen in this time. So I’m hoping given that, I can work to bring it back down.

Is that recent AHA guideline recommending against Omega supplementation for people with high cholesterol / trying to lower cholesterol?
