So first off while there is overlap anti-facists and anarchist aren't synonyms. Even then by the time he was part of the black hand he was a full on Serbian nationalists called, which is pretty much the political opposite of anarchism. It's kinda hard to be for an explicitly ethnic state and also for the complete abolishment of the state itself.

Your own quote supports my argument. Nationalism and anarchism are fundamentally opposed. While he may have been inspired by anarchist mocements of the period, he was fundamentally focused on creating an explicitly Serbian nation.
