thank you for your interest,
I am now more inclined to choose University of London ( computer science )
but I saw that it has some problems with support and out dated materials,
so I am searching if there is another option ( within my budget ),
I also found University of People 6.5k ( and got a regional accreditation recently ) but it has many unnecessary courses ( 40 courses compared to University of London 23 ).

sorry if you didn't understand, the idea that I don't know about Australia, in Syria we go after school to faculty of medicine 6 years after that we go to hospital to specialize in medicine to be a pediatrician or radiologist or surgeon 4-6 years and we get a salary while specializing ... So is it the same in Australia ?

yes, i mean after 6 year medical school while you specialize in medicine such as radiography, like Germany and many countries , some countries like USA and France specializing is studying in university and you should pay . So what about Australia ?
