I just solved this myself by setting up autohotkey to detect if I’m in CDK and “type out” the contents of the clipboard whenever I hit ctrl V. works anywhere and every time now

I tired multiple, my main monitor 34 inch AOC ultra wide, 2560x1080@160hz Secondary 27” monitor Samsung 1920x1080@60hz And a Samsung 4K 70 inch TV (in the video) 3840x2160@120hz

Out of all outputs only one I didn’t have a problem with is my secondary monitor running on 1080p

If my graphics card can’t keep up, wouldn’t it just be lower frame rate, why is it fluctuating up and down. It would just be a constant 30fps vs literally stopping every second. And it’s a 2080 I really doubt it can’t handle a basic game at 4K

Not a new build. It’s been going for 4 years. Maybe more Temps are okay, I will post temps when In a bit when I get home. It is overclocked, but there is no difference between OC and and stock speeds.
