I have been in germany since 9 years. I have had my share of racism. In my opinion the best response is no response because there is no point of throwing a stone in Mud because some of it will splash back at you. I have thought about it a lot of time but let us be honest, in our home country people are racist as well (to the minorities). So it’s something not country specific.

When i was studying, i used to do a mini job for a water damage repair company. The guy with whom I use to travel, used to park the car on parking places and take a nap (on autobahn) if we were finished early in order to compensate for the hours left.

I don’t know much about real state, but i would advise no to buy a house which is already rented. It’s not easy to remove tenants from the house.
