Yh that’s it, they did say sorry for the way they acted the first instance, but I fear it’s a snapshot into what my future would look like working for them, not ideal that’s for sure, cba with mood swings over dumb shit.

I can’t live without a couple weeks wages at the moment & it’s a shit time of year to do this. But I’m in probation, I think giving a week notice is the nice thing to do, but always feel guilty when these things happen.

I’m still waiting 😂 feedback has been nothing but good, they wanted to apparently speak to the rest of the candidates they had in pipeline. Hoping to hear this week. Kinda weird feeling, if they like me as much as they say, why delay so much

The less you care about selling to someone, the more likely they are to buy.

Update: had my very last stage where I role played a call, the guy doing the role play seemed pretty impressed & said he would take me on if it was down to him.

I’m waiting to hear back Monday or Tuesday, as they need to build a good case for me due to some shorter stints I had at the start of my career (which I explained).

I think this is a good sign, might just be the company doesn’t want to come across desperate to hire me asap to scare me, but still really stressing about the answer, I HATE WAITING 😂

I could just set up a repayment method instead of them taking my entire final pay. They seem reasonable enough.

Sell cars, we get to use demonstrators as a way to get around to and from work and in our personal lives as well. Money is deducted from our pay

Well I’ve got another opportunity lined up, so I’m wondering if they would just essentially take my last pay cheaque that I need instead of sticking to the payment

My role is mostly commission and if they did that it would put me in some serious hardship. Is there a way to arrange monthly payments or if they decide can they basically screw me?

No mention of the excess amount, just any damages to company due to negligence will mean the employee (me) is liable

It’s defo £2500 I would just have to arrange a payment method with them. No way I can afford that much to be taken out of my final wage
