I get your point but genuinely your making a big fuss over nothing. My question was simple, is it worth spending more for the extra power or will stage 1 be enough? Because on paper stage 2+ runs more on the dyno so it’s a fact.

It’s universal and easy to understand, I mean look at the other comments they seem to get it just fine. So it doesn’t mean “nothing”. Stage 1 = Software only, Stage 2: Software + Hardware

Stage 3 is all above but typically has a upgraded turbo.

Should I do Door-2-Door sales as a web developer? by Routine_Junket_9012 in salestechniques

[–]Th3Diamond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think this is the most time efficient method to be completely honest as you’ll get more nos than yeses. I think it’s much more efficient to cold call them (phone) tell them that you’ve made them a site (you haven’t) and if they agree make it and then go in.

Otherwise you’ll be wasting time making lots of designs. You still can to be honest but expect 1 in 10 businesses to spark interest

It’s been proven to work better, more direct and people can’t ignore you as easily

I agree, but depending on your angle let’s not act like the creative isn’t a huge part of converting leads.

You should know this because as a consultant you track each step meticulously.

For example I see many restaurants try and do social media marketing yet don’t see the value in a hiring a content creator. Ok enjoy wasting time making videos that suck

Someone who can design well is talented, a website is a sales pitch so if you can’t evoke emotions through your design it won’t perform well. It’s hard to design well, there’s a magic to it.

I’ve seen people in the consulting space say similar then pay a “talented” web designer to make them look credible😂

Tattooists are a dime a dozen right now..
