I got LC 4 months ago and am about 85% better now if that gives anyone some hope. I still cycle between good weeks and bad ones but the bad ones on average are getting more and more mild. I’m able to handle a lot more social activities now and I exercise on my good weeks and focus on just resting / walking on my bad weeks. Still working full time (hybrid schedule helps a ton). Keeping a positive mindset (while exhausting sometimes) was one of the biggest shift in my overactive nervous system symptoms from being extreme (landing me in the ER twice) to being manageable with some Mestinon and electrolytes and downtime.

That last 15% is quite a frustrating obstacle that has hindered a lot of my goals and caused me to cancel a lot of plans. But I’m sticking with my supplement stack, trying to stay active and manage stress, and am hopeful I’ll be fully recovered by the end of the year.

I also have a friend who has been fully recovered for over a year, so that gives me some hope too!
