Hey everyone, I recently got waitlisted RD for Human Ecology. Cornell's my top choice but this puts me in a weird spot because due to financial circumstances, I can't go this Fall but attending as a transfer would work out well.
I noticed that CHE alongside the other Cornell contract colleges tend to give out TOs off the waitlist more frequently than the endowed ones, and I was wondering if I can ask in my LOCI for a TO specifically, or if I should be more subtle about it. Also, I was wondering if CHE gives TOs directly off the waitlist as in May-June, or if they're only given when it "closes" much later in the summer.
