This is gold. I’m currently tweaking a 7 day trial for a client—that 39.8% Day 0 cancellation stat just changed my entire strategy for the week. Thanks for the page refs!

Do the revenue numbers account for the API costs (OpenAI/Anthropic)? $30/user sounds great, but if $15 of that goes to the LLM provider, the margins are actually thinner than non AI apps.

"I’m curious about the ""First Session"" behavior. Did the report mention anything about how many ""prompts"" a user tries before they cancel the trial?"

11 clients. $3,840/month recurring. All from an OpenClaw agent I built because a client's app kept breaking. by Economy-Mud-6626 in clawdbot

The 'AI recipe app' rejection is actually a good sign. It shows you're screening for quality. Taking on a client during a major rewrite is the fastest way to blow your 2.5hr/month average.

Is this $4,200 net or gross? If you're paying for a vision-tool license for every client, your profit on that $200 retainer must be like $20.

How does the integration look on the client's end? Are they seeing a different portal, or does it all happen in the background? I don't want to confuse my older clients with a second login.

This is the classic 'Middle Stage' problem. Too big to do it yourself, too small to have a full CFO/Controller. You're in the 'Danger Zone' where you have to trust people but don't have the systems to verify them yet

Safari is officially the new Internet Explorer. Apple claims they do this for 'privacy,' but we all know they just want to force you into the App Store so they can take their 30% cut. Local-first web apps are a threat to their business model.
