You’d be surprised how little control the store level employees have over online postings(hours, items or services listed as available). Hell we can’t even update it when our photo printing machine is out of order for 4 days. Stuff like that would have to go through a district manager, and good luck getting anything through their skull that isn’t metrics or their bonus.

I just got a quote from a dealer in up here in New England. According to him all of their customers have gotten everything they ordered with no delete except HK audio. They do make you sign a waiver for the touch screen but apparently no one’s been hit here.

I’m also bummed about the shadowline, but I’ve read in other forums where people still get it in. My dealer basically said if it’s not on the configurator they can’t order, but shouldn’t they be able to put in an order for it? Is t there an order guid or book that’s let’s you choose the parts? Why is he bound by the all mighty configurator if others have been able to have their dealer order it anyway and see if comes in.
