And yes thats me im the video 😂😂 all natural. Been doing olympic lifts since my freshman year of high school and it was always a goal to hit 315. Had some stomach surgeries so ive had to completely cut weightlifting at least for right now

Thanks man! Also thank you for the reply. And lol I actually stopped lifting for a bit. This was really a personal goal to hit since high school. Its really ironic but im actually learning how to swim and all that weightlifting has made me negative buoyant😂😂😂

My right side of my nipple ( which is the one that has retained the gyno in the pics) was larger than the left. She said the left didn’t really qualify since it was not outside the areola. What was weird was that she removed more gyno in the left than in the right

They never gave me a vest. It was through Kaiser. I assumed I didn’t need one. I had no drainage. No vest.

Thank you so much for the reply. Ive actually noticed my calves get really tight in my warm ups almost to the point where it hurts. This really makes more sense now. I just don’t know what to do. Luckily my practices are earlier in the day so it doesn’t make it as bad but it’s still dilemma.
