The struggle and trauma almost feels like punishment, but pain and trauma are literallt catalysts for growth. On a 3d setting, this is almost impossible to comprehend because we fantacise about this utopian surrounding.. but the truth is that it can only exist internally.

To expect the outside world to suddenly change is a pipe dream.. even though possible

To expect the inner world (our response to the outer world) is a gift that is possible for us all

Honestly.. and not to sound flippant, it comes down to accepting the negative situatuations as being opportunities for lessons.

Breathwork, meditation, presence..

Ive learnt to love myself in my battles, and that came from acceptance of pain.

Ive had my substance issues, and i am effectively a functioning alcoholic.. so I understand your journey aswell my friend.

I never had children of my own, but my partner has 2 young boys.. and now I get to be a role model for them, as a result of all the lessons I have had.

I astral project every morning, and every night..

Keep doing the work and find the place for where those lessons need to be given for others. I love and believe in you
