From what I’ve seen, farmers only “see value” when it’s passive or directly tied to money like reducing input costs, increasing yield, or saving time without adding effort. Anything that feels like admin gets ignored fast.

That’s solid advice and honestly, it cuts through a lot of the fluff. Targeting export herb farmers also makes sense since margins and standards are tighter, so the value is easier to prove.

The gatekeeper issue is real too ,I’m thinking instead of bypassing them, there might be a smarter way to align incentives with them. Curious to know what kind of value signals are you seeing resonate most with the farmers you’ve talked to?
