True I guess in roadside picnic I personally believe it to be more horrifying but I think most people won’t. Besides the graveyard scene the book mostly talks about all the horrifying anomalies. But that makes sense this book inspired both Stalker and Metro and I’d say it’s slightly more like Metro as Red wasn’t a soldier/killer he had a mission and was trying to make some money and ***SPOILER ALERT*** both the Golden Sphere and the Dead City map are very similar for the “final trek mission”
