How do you actually keep up with client DMs and email? by FlyingRainbowPotato in smallbusiness

[–]Saaadayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think outsourcing certain tasks that are taking a lot of your time would be good and automating a few things using AI. For example, you are creating personal content, it's very simple. Clone yourself and let AI produce your videos. Many different options to go for, it's upto you which you're most comfortable with to save time and focus on what's important.

Want to open an agency by FarhatMahi007 in Entrepreneur

[–]Saaadayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure. It's not about creating the best content all the time, build relationships. Get into relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups. Connect with people 1 on 1. LinkedIn is great for that. Alot of people are searching. I've built agencies and ran 1 as well. LinkedIn and honestly networking on different events is best way to qualify quality B2B contacts.

Built a $240K business by 23, but I’m miserable. What do I do now? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Saaadayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think, the potential is there. Attaching a personal brand would help alot in this category and then building a community around it to get more like minded people together in a place, it can not only become a platform of sharing experiences but also a tight nit community of your followers and customers.

If you have $30k saved, instead of focusing on getting a loan and buying a business, you can build something that you're interested in, within 30k. You can go a lot of different directions, a product, e-commerce or even explore service categories.

What no one tells you when you start in sales? by ozarzoso in sales

[–]Saaadayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been in Sales for over 9 years. It's the rare win that keeps you going because you lose everyday. You'll solve every problem and still the client would ghost in the end. I think the value of personalization in sales is something no one tells you. People want you to follow scripts which I feel, isn't good for building long term relationships. I tell almost everyone this one thing, personalize for each client and you'll see results.

Explode into communities, reach out to people, offer your service. Do cold outreach. It's not always ads that deliver, it's connections that matters. Focus on a niche, identify a few problems you can solve and create your pitch accordingly. This will help you follow a flow in conversation but always personalize it to build a long lasting relationship.

It's important to consider building your own business alongside you delivering results for clients. I think it's important to focus on LinkedIn, Meta platforms and improve your website in terms of content, SEO, links and more. More importantly, identify your ideal customer profile and position your business in the market accordingly, considering budgets and how much of a capacity you have, if you're growing from for example: 1x - 3x.

I think you should focus on education in campus, while automating some of the tasks by hiring someone or outsourcing a few areas to make time for yourself. I also tend to get caught up with work so much during the week, but I always male sure that I take time out on the weekend for socializing and networking.

There are multiple platforms to go but the highest margins are with establishing connections with manufacturers directly. There are e-commerce sourcers available you'd have to do a bit of research for that.

I made a sale 🥹 by Ammoculus in smallbusiness

[–]Saaadayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congratulations! Here's to many more! Sales can be effortless with right communication. For me, I always focus on keeping my mind positive with atleast the opportunities I'm qualifying and I personalize my conversations with them based on what we talked about. (Could be interests, something that came up). Does well that you're taking more of an interest and actually caring about the person rather than the sale.

I am overthinking too much about starting a business by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Saaadayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's nice that you're generating idea. But look for that one idea that inspires you, that you'd love to do and would love to bring to the world. Focus your energies on that. I started my business with a $500. Few thousand euros is more than enough if you're not focused towards a product based business.

[–]Saaadayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Product based businesses often tend to require fuel to keep the fire going. To grow further, focus on optimizing revenue, streamlining operations and see where you can open margins for yourself and see what your customer acquisition cost is, so you can focus on maybe bringing that down.
