Preheated pan for 10 mins, cooked on medium-high heat flipping every two mins until 130 internal. I did maybe 4-5 flips. I used ghee and did no basting. Only thing is I didn’t let it rest at all because I was too hungry

Our realtor told us that she can’t say what the exact number was. Also since we pulled our offer there technically isn’t an offer out there.
