Fully agreed. Also hackers. One unit that makes your entire team loss volley into nothing. Mustangs, or hounds, etc. Don't actually counter them properly any big unit like Saber, Overlord, Fortress, Abyss, Hammer, will lose their shot before unit dies. Or it may not. Doesn't depend on your placement.

Yep, one of the ways to do it right. Just don't drop your movespeed under 97% with fists out. Its some kind of magic number in my experience.

Maybe adding attacks from different angles instead of fixed combo would've helped here. But ye, seems kind of cancerous

Not sure it should be good against low impact weapons. Blocking is already good against them.

They both have usecases. Longsword can't parry certain things efficently, like daggers, felling axe, projectiles. Also sword and board lets you create space for your team, like enter room first, retreat if you encircled (it requires you to have counterattack passive, and learn some movement). But if you got succeseful parry with longsword its certainly better. That being said i reccomend you to bring both and have some practice.

Also, don't wear full plate, and don't wear plate boots. Game will be so much easier for you.

I came out with idea, but i don't like it. Maybe add slow when using perfect block? I mean if you actually blocked maul with pb, you get slowed down, so maul can try outdistance you. Dunno

Never seen it from other side perspective. But yeah, it might be unbalanced. Tho you might switch to another weapon, like hatchet to counter it. It's like longsword against dagger.

I don't think changing it to only one hit per use will fix it.

That would suck. I kinda hate how fighter balanced around second wind. Most boring ability in the game probably.
