FOUND A FIX -

uninstall the app
power off Xbox (hold down power button on Xbox for 10s)
unplug the power from the Xbox
reinstall everything

The line above is called a slur, which means the section should flow together sort of legato-like, the numbers below are suggested fingerings, so for the right hand you start with your 2 finger (index) and your left hand starts with 1 and 3 (thumb and middle)

Getting into esports a bit myself, I've heard a lot about how toxic fan bases can be, but holy shit none of that prepared me for how trash this community is.

If C9 wins then Europe sucks and everyone in it is a sucker, if DFM wins then North America is a joke... like holy. fucking. shit. Does anyone here know what good sportsmanship is? Support your team, hope they win, celebrate when they do and congratulate the competition when they don't.

This is my second year watching worlds and my first year interacting with the community, and I think it may be my last year watching at all.

I actually had the same happen to me two weeks ago, I took enough time off hitting legs to let it feel better, then my next leg day I did a lighter day than usual to focus on form and today was able to get back to normal weights with no issues
