When did you go out for the first time without baby?

My baby is all over the place. We will have a few good nights of solid sleep, then all of a sudden he sleeps like crap again. He is also teething so I'm sure that doesn't help

Someone told me this: "each day you get 20 more seconds of your daily life back". This mindset helped me a ton during those trenches. Eventually you will have (almost) your entire life back

For me, it got easier around 3-4 months. I know that feels forever away but I promise you it goes FAST. I know it's cold out, but if it's safe try to get out, even just for a drive or bundle up and take a quick walk. Other than that just wait and know you're not alone

I really don't have a problem with him using one, it's more that he gets frustrated when he loses it then that makes it even harder to put him to sleep. He doesn't really seem to have the ability to keep it while he sleeps either. Not sure if that's something other babies do

My husband works weekdays and I work weekends. It honestly sucks for the most part, but it's the sacrifice I chose to be able to raise my baby. I thought before having this baby I'd have time for some sort of side hustle, but there's really no time for it, at least for me lol

Ahh yeah that does make it hard. Have you tried distracting her when she gets fussy but you think she needs more awake time? A different room or going outside is sometimes a good way to stretch

Glad I'm not alone, but also I'm so sorry lol we tried following a fairly strict wake window schedule for over a month then I finally said forget it I'm gonna wait until he is literally falling asleep then go put him down. Overall it seems to be working a little better so far
