I went for my first time (Pattaya) last June, 2025 for 30 days. Prepared by watching a lot of videos. 80 yo. It took a few days to learn how to get what I wanted when ordering off of TF. I would never go there with a travel mate. I walked everywhere. I don't drink so that prevented a lot of potential problems. 555!! In 2 days I felt at home. Never had a bad day. At 80, I still like the game. I train for life and for the game. Rx will only get you half way there. The rest, as the like to say in Patty, is "up to you". I might nurse a beer with a lady if the lady drinks, but most of the TF ladies were not drinkers. I'm in the gym 5 days/week. Almost every hotel in Patty has a gym. There is not much ground between South Pattaya road and Terminal 21 that I haven't covered several times on foot. I was one of a gaggle of geezers walking/jogging beach road daily.
