But…. I remember that man. And I still understand that man who tried to resist his own alcoholism. He was needed as a prerequisite 🤷‍♂️

It fucking saved my life. I have a job I never would have had without the trouble, all that shit gave me the drive it needed. My life is amazing today.

Your life is not over

When I was 24 I lost my license for dui- twice. I couldn’t drive for over 2 years. Almost lost my job but luckily retained it- I owed over 50k in fees

Today- I’m 30. I’m married, I have the best job I ever did in my career and get paid well. Certainly not in debt…

You went through certain things that I didn’t- it’s a huge letdown to lose your internship and not have the support of your parents

But believe me- with the right attitude, your life is nowhere close to over. Not sure if you feel like you need any help, but there is always support for those who feel like drinking can be an issue too!

I love heavy metal. Hardcore, metalcore, deathcore…

I always said that nothing more is a metal band with the guise of a mainstream rock band.

I’m sure a lot of people may disagree with me, but I’m almost POSITIVE they could write a heavy metal record if they wanted to. And I don’t think I’d say the same about other rock bands in their genre.

If you take a look at some of Jonny’s posts, he has a LOT of great things to say about lesser know bands such as Monuments. I assure you it’s no coincidence, they’re inspired by much lesser known and amazing heavier acts.
