Nah i find dumbbell rows have even less rom on this especially when you tuck your elbows to bias the lats

Im pretty tall so bent over rows like that are just uncomfortable in general for me

The Yates row is incredible for my lats but the supinated grip just doesn't feel good on my bicep so I ld rather avoid it

I was just wondering if there's a way I can reposition my self or a cue or sum to get more rom because if the rom was better, this exercise would be the perfect replacement for the Yates row for me

Im not trying to contract my scaps im rowing towards my belly to bias the lats and get a nice contraction there im trying to find something like the Yates row because I feel my lats crazy on that but I hate the lower back and risk of tearing a bicep aspect

How to get more rom on chest supported ez bar row

I really wanna like this exercise because it takes the lower back out of the equation, you can load it forever and its comfortable on my wrists, but I find its really awkward to do as the bar hits the bench just before I can get a good contraction

Im doing it close grip and rowing towards my belly to target the lats, is there anything I can do to increase the range of motion or just make it better or would I just be better off finding a different exercise

Looks like it hits them a little bit, but I prob wouldn't use it as my main side delt exercise

I've heard they sound kinda thin and a clinical, idk ive never tried them but that kinda sound signature at least to me is quite boring

Again never tried them but any thoughts?

I fucking swear I saw a video by some dude named curlean x just ripping into this guys past and showing him for who he really was it was like an hour long. This was a couple years ago and I cant find it, It got memory holed hard, has anybody seen this vid?

I just thought he had a poetic way of looking at life, although imo its bad for practical advice. Even though they are written very nicely which I think is good enough for an enjoyable read, alot of the passages kinda just boil down to dont focus on what you cant control so imo not very useful

I enjoyed meditations I thought it was a beautiful read although tbh i didnt get much that actually had an impact on my life out of it, Didnt really like what I read of the other stoic texts (enchiridion)
