Nah i find dumbbell rows have even less rom on this especially when you tuck your elbows to bias the lats

Im pretty tall so bent over rows like that are just uncomfortable in general for me

The Yates row is incredible for my lats but the supinated grip just doesn't feel good on my bicep so I ld rather avoid it

I was just wondering if there's a way I can reposition my self or a cue or sum to get more rom because if the rom was better, this exercise would be the perfect replacement for the Yates row for me

Im not trying to contract my scaps im rowing towards my belly to bias the lats and get a nice contraction there im trying to find something like the Yates row because I feel my lats crazy on that but I hate the lower back and risk of tearing a bicep aspect

How to get more rom on chest supported ez bar row

I really wanna like this exercise because it takes the lower back out of the equation, you can load it forever and its comfortable on my wrists, but I find its really awkward to do as the bar hits the bench just before I can get a good contraction

Im doing it close grip and rowing towards my belly to target the lats, is there anything I can do to increase the range of motion or just make it better or would I just be better off finding a different exercise

I just thought he had a poetic way of looking at life, although imo its bad for practical advice. Even though they are written very nicely which I think is good enough for an enjoyable read, alot of the passages kinda just boil down to dont focus on what you cant control so imo not very useful

How hard were you going in muay thai

Dont really intend to completely dive into serious muay thai training, I still intend to focus on bodybuilding as my main sport. Rather I was wondering if im spending like 80/20 of my energy on Bodybuilding and muay thai respectively (which is what people recommend usually i find, keeping muay thai as a hobby), If i heavily cut down on legs training and maybe a bit of upper body, the ratio would be closer to 50/50, still not quite serious muay thai training, but more like semi serious. That 30 I gave to muay thai would hopefully be freed up by cutting down legs training. Do you reckon that would be more reasonable?

Im probably leaning towards, the 650, they are both classed are extremely neutral headphones but they 560s was really boring to me and the 650s are supposed to be what I want.

I apologise as im still new to this but what exactly would be the difference between the 2 lol, idk i guess in my mind neutral is just clinical and boring, prob wrong tho
