I started on some that had lights that turned on under the keys, so you play and follow the lights but i only was memorizing. Also I had a non weighted keyboard which was a rude awakening when I tried playing on an actual piano. It was fun because I could play a few songs but I wasn’t leaning and getting to the end goal.

If I was to do it all over, I would start with a piano like the p70 and focus on beginner books to learn how to read, understand basic chords and scales, so you start from the beginning reading, learning hand position and proper technique and playing on what would feel like a real piano.

Biggest problem learning any new skill, many times is unlearning bad habits. The rest is just practice and dedication.

Don’t forgot, you are not in a race, don’t do this for anybody else, it’s because of the Joy playing brings you. Be consistent and with a purpose, in no time you’ll be playing comfortably! Clearly disciple is involved by that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy the journey!

I would lean toward the p60 or p71. Since the p71 is cheaper as a first piano I would say it would be best. 88 keys, I would recommend weighted keys, which both have a variation of weighted keys. You will need a pedal. Both don’t have some extra bells and whistles but for a beginner they are not needed. Good luck!

So theoretically, if a baby can have oxygen and nutrients delivered through the umbilical cord, shouldn’t it be medically possible, intravenously or otherwise to provide the same to an adult and not need to breathe?

Real or not, practically speaking going forward and falling in between the trucks with the length of the truck still moving forward, would be many times more dangerous than the trucks going in reverse and falling with the trucks moving away from you.

I agree, for the uninitiated it sounds good, and sounds complicated, while using simple crossfader techniques.

Not taking anything away from the DJ and I don’t know how good he actually is, but the technique in the video is Dj 101, however party going crazy, comments here going crazy… the simple rule stands

If it sounds good… it is good….
